BOOT CAMP with Lacey:

Mon - Fri: 5, 6, 8 a.m. (no class Wednesday mornings) 

Mon - Thu: 4:30 or 6 p.m.

ZUMBA with Karla M:
Tue or Thu:  6 p.m., $2 per session

​

CARDIO CLASS with Jessica:
Sat: 7 a.m.  free to bootcamp members, $3 for anyone else

Class descriptions

Commit to be fit

In our boot camps, we use a combination of cardio, strength training and endurance. We use body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells and Olympic bars.  With a little modification, even a beginner can gain confidence and skills in our boot camp classes.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.  Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music.

Cardio Classes are also known as InsanityLive by Beachbody. Insanity is a total body workout. You exercise using your own body weight for resistance. The program is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. Insanity live is all about YOU. Simply trying to go a little bit harder each time you come to class. There are modifications to reach a wide range of fitness levels, even a beginner can finish with success!
